The James Lazos Cigar Store and Pool Hall at Meadow Creek was destroyed by fire last Tuesday night.

“Buster Brown” and “Tige” entertained a large crowd of children at Reid’s Department Store Saturday morning and all the kidlets were presented with souvenirs.

A party of people left Sandpoint for British Columbia on Sunday for a 4th of July excursion. Even though they had seven blown tires, needed a new battery and cable, and suffered a cracked front wheel, “A good time was had by all.”
