NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING APPLICATION 20-087 - an Application for a Variance Permit by Gale Glidden. The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 6:00 PM Thursday, August 20, 2020 in the Boundary County Extension Office located behind the Courthouse to accept public comment on a Variance, 20-087, related to permitting a setback distance less than 20 feet from the South boundary line in a Rural Residential zone. This application requests a Variance allowing a setback distance of less than 20 feet on parcel # RP62N01E027210A which is located in a Rural Residential zone at 32 Wheeler Rd off Highway 95. This request is made in conjunction with Ordinance 9B18LOV2: 12.2.
