J.L. Washburn, who operates a stage between Bonners Ferry and Porthill, purchased a 1920 five-passenger Essex automobile. He is planning on making regular daily trips in the new car.

O.C. Wilson has been appointed by the Red Cross to handle the war work with reference to claims of ex- servicemen.

A deal was closed last week whereby George Jorgenson sold his 160 acre ranch north of town a few miles to George Irving.

Steve Robins was cleaning out his shed to prepare for a yard sale when he found a 1952 era 81mm live mortar.

The Bonners Ferry Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring advertising for a county-wide yard sale to take place on July 15-16 in conjunction with Crazy Day Sales.

BFHS and Boundary County Community Theater are pleased to present “Fiddler on the Roof.”
