BONNERS FERRY — The city of Bonners Ferry has reopened the boat access behind the Moyie Dam.
The boat access, which was reopened beginning Saturday, May 16, had been closed due to Idaho stay-home orders. In response to Gov. Brad Little’s modified Stage 2 “Stay Healthy” Order and its relaxing of the 14 day self-quarantine requirement for out of state travelers, Bonners Ferry officials announced they would reopen the boat access behind the Moyie Dam.
In addition, the public restrooms at the Visitor’s Center will also be open for use beginning on Saturday, May 16. The restrooms will be cleaned twice daily, city officials said.
