The Bonners Ferry Jaycees and Jay-c-ettes hosted a Halloween party in 1962. The “husbands and wives” dressed in fine costumes, danced, and played games. The collage shows some of the couples in attendance: the Millers, Plumlees, and Collyers (and other unknown individuals).
The Bonners Ferry Herald reported: “A fine evening of dancing was enjoyed by all and a nice lunch was arranged by the Jay-c-ettes to top off the frolic. Mr. and Mrs. Don Plumlee sported Robin Hood costumes, complete with bows and arrows, which won them the prize for best couple.”
Have a safe and Happy Halloween!
