Local woman offering free Election Day rides

Bonners Ferry — Bonners Ferry resident Nancy Martinez is offering free rides to the polls on Election Day for anyone unable to get to their respective locations themselves.

Martinez and her Subaru are fully insured and she has an incident-free driving record.

If anyone would like a ride to the polls in or around Bonners Ferry, they can give Nancy a call at (208) 267-6541 and set up a time to be picked up and driven to and from the polls.

"I just would like to do whatever I can to help people get out and vote," Martinez said.
