City of Bonners Ferry Boundary County, Idaho Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Advertisement to Bid Separate sealed BIDS for "RFP - Enterprise Resourse Planning (ERP) Software Solution, City of Bonners Ferry, will be received by the City of Bonners Ferry at 7232 Main St., Bonners Ferry, ID 83805, until 2:00 PM local time on October 9, 2020 and then be publicly opened and read aloud at Bonners Ferry City Hall. The City of Bonners Ferry ("City") is evaluating software solutions that will provide the City with a long-term Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. The solution will replace the City's current processes and financial/permitting system. The proposed solution should provide and support all specifications and requirements identified in this RFP. Proposers offering hosted services or software as a service (SaaS) system are encouraged to propose, but "cloud" services are not required. The City currently uses Black Mountain Software, for utility billing and financial planning as well as many manual processes in Microsoft Office. The goal of this project is to have a comprehensive integrated and user-friendly system to provide staff and residents information and services at a variety of city levels. Beneficial Impacts: Overall, the completion of the proposed project will have long-term positive effects to public health through improved discharged water quality. This project will result in the ability to meet water quality requirements and standards and also have positive impacts towards wetlands and water quality from protection to further damage caused by existing disposal method. Description of the Project: The proposed project involves: * Upgrading influent screening; * Upgrading Sequence Batch Reactor (SBR) treatment; * Upgrading equalization basin; * Upgrading chlorination and dechlorination units; and * Construction of effluent discharge line from the (WWTP) to an outfall diffuser into the Kootenai River. Three Mile Water District REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Professional Engineering and Consulting Services Three Mile Water District, a political subdivision of the State of Idaho (the "District") is seeking engineering and consultant related services pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2320. The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select an engineering consultant to prepare a Capital Facility Plan that will identify a Comprehensive Water Plan and include an Environmental Docket to aid the District in updating and identifying future needs of the District's water system and infrastructure.
