Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby provided that a public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code 67-6509 and Bonners Ferry City Code has been set for the City of Bonners Ferry Planning and Zoning Commission for September 16, 2021, at 5:15 pm at Bonners Ferry City Hall to consider a recommendation to the City Council for the following: File #AM015-21 Amendment to Title 11, Zoning Regulations: The City of Bonners Ferry has initiated an amendment to its land use regulations to: add a housing option and provide standards for accessory dwelling units (ADUs); adjust setback standards to allow eave projections; provide reduced setbacks for lots 50 feet wide or narrower; allow a 1-foot administrative setback exception; require common party wall agreements for shared wall construction; require special use permits for RV parks in the Commercial zone, where they are permitted outright currently; adjust RV park stall standards; and provide fence, structure, and yard definitions. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend the hearing or provide written response. Any written comment greater than one (1) page must be submitted at least six (6) days prior to the meeting. Written material not exceeding one (1) page may be read into the record the day of the hearing. ORDINANCE NO. 135 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SALARIES FOR THE COUNCIL AND FOR THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF MOYIE SPRINGS, IDAHO. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOYIE SPRINGS, BOUNDARY COUNTY, IDAHO: Section 1: Each councilperson shall receive for his/her services as councilperson the sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS and NO/100 ($100.00) per month, and the mayor shall receive for his/her services as mayor the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS and NO/100 ($125.00) per month, plus FORTY DOLLARS and NO/100 ($40.00) for attendance at any regularly called special meeting of the council. Section 2: This payment schedule shall commence January 1, 2022. Section 3: This ordinance shall repeal Moyie Springs Ordinance No. 97 effective January 1, 2022. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval, and publication in the Bonners Ferry Herald, a newspaper of general circulation within Boundary County, Idaho.
