Independence Day Hometown Parade: 11 a.m., downtown Bonners Ferry. Anyone interested in participating in the parade should be at the Boundary County Fairgrounds by 10 a.m.

9B Arenacross races and free fireworks show: gates open at 4:30 p.m. races start at 5:30 p.m., Boundary County Fairgrounds. $10 for kids 4-10, $15 for adults. Races should end around 9 - 9:30 p.m. and the free fireworks show will start a little after 10 p.m. at the parks and rec ball fields. Food vendors, speakers and more.
