Water Bath Canning Basics: 1 p.m.-4p.m.; Boundary County Extension Office. Learn how to safely make and preserve your own high-acid foods. This class will also teach canning basics as well as proper storage and handling. Cost is $10. Register at the Boundary County Extension Office at 208-267-3235.
