ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF BONNERS FERRY BONNERS FERRY IDAHO WATER RELOCATION AND ADJUSTMENT; US-95 MP 505.0 TO 506.3 General Notice City of Bonners Ferry (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Water Relocation and Adjustment; US-95 MP 505.0 to 506.3 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Bonners Ferry located at 7232 Main Street, Bonners Ferry, Idaho 83805, until June 3,2021 at 11:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: The project will relocate and adjust the City of Bonners Ferry water facilities prior to the construction of the Idaho Transportation Department US-95, Labrosse Hill St to Alderson Ln project to include relocating water meters, fire hydrants, and mains located along US-95 between milepost 505.0 and milepost 506.3 and other related work as set forth in the Contract documents. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Water Relocation and Adjustment; US-95 MP 505.0 to 506.3 Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $250,000 - $400,000. The Project has an expected substantial completion date of September 30, 2021. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Pre-bid Conference A pre-bid conference for the Project will not be held. PUBLIC NOTICE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT Planned Airfield Improvements at Boundary County Airport Bonners Ferry, Idaho Boundary County, Idaho is in the process of preparing an Environmental Assessment (EA) pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in order to assess the environmental impacts of proposed improvements at the Boundary County Airport. Information regarding the EA process and the proposed improvements can be found in an informative pamphlet located on the Boundary County website at www.boundarycountyid.org. Hard copies are available in the Bonners Ferry City Hall, Boundary County Library, and the Pilots Lounge at Boundary County Airport.
