Aquatic Group Fitness, H2O circuits: 11 a.m., Kootenai River Inn, 7169 Plaza St. Class format is a circuit style workout with multiple stations of high intensity movements, utilizing a mix of exercise combinations and a variety of aquatic equipment. Participants work at their own pace so this class is suitable for almost every fitness level. Class participants are encouraged to wear their suits and water shoes, bring a water bottle and tow. Bonners Ferry City Council: 6 p.m. Bonners Ferry City Hall, 7232 Main St., Bonners Ferry. City officials are appreciative of an involved constituency. Testimony from the public is encouraged concerning issues when addressed under the public hearing portion of the agenda. Any individual who wishes may address the council on any issue, whether on the agenda or not, during the public comments period.
