13th annual free Turkey Trot 5K/10K: 9 a.m. at Bonners Ferry Fairgrounds. A free family-friendly event on Thanksgiving morning. Bring a can of food for the food bank. Pumpkin pie at the finish line and hot cocoa and coffee available.

Aquatic Group Fitness, H2O circuits: 11 a.m., Kootenai River Inn, 7169 Plaza St. Class format is a circuit style workout with multiple stations of high intensity movements, utilizing a mix of exercise combinations and a variety of aquatic equipment. Participants work at their own pace so this class is suitable for almost every fitness level. Class participants are encouraged to wear their suits and water shoes, bring a water bottle and tow. Hardwood Heart: 7 p.m. at The Pearl Theater, 7160 Ash Street, Bonners Ferry. An evening of music and dancing. The cafe will be serving appetizers, dinner options and drink specials from Dry Fly Distillery. Tickets are $15 general admission and $20 for VIP tickets.The doors and the Pearl Cafe will open at 6 p.m.
