The members of the Gay Gitty Girls Club and several guests were entertained last evening by Miss Agnes Callahan at her home in the east part of the city.
Miss Stephanie Lynch has accepted the position of manager of the Western Union Telegraph Company.
Two masked men held up Perry Wilson’s camp, in the Leonia district Saturday night, obtaining about $125. The robbery occurred about nine o’clock. The robbers entered the bunkhouse through a rear door entering into a room portioned off from the sleeping quarters. Several men were seated at a table playing poker and these were ordered to “stick 'em up.”

Robert T. Spalding, Bonners Ferry, a member of VFW Post No. 3622, has been appointed Special Aide-de-Camp by Joseph Vicities, Uniontown, Pa., Commander-in-Chief of the V.F.W. of the United States.
A near fatal accident resulted last Thursday afternoon when a pickup apparently was forced off the District 1 dike road a quarter mile east of the low water bridge on Deep Creek and plunged into the Kootenai River.
A D-7 Cat, working for Georgia –Pacific caught fire Tuesday afternoon causing an estimated $2,000 in damages, Bruce Dugal, logging manager reported.
