REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Boundary County Multi-Jurisdictional All-Hazards Mitigation Plan Update Boundary County is requesting proposals from qualified offerors to update the county Multi-Jurisdictional All-Hazard Mitigation Plan to reduce potential losses from future disasters. The resulting Plan must meet the requirements of the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000, 44 CFR Part 201 and the most current Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) plan review guidance. This Request for Proposal is released with the expectation of identifying a contractor to execute services as described herein. Proposals can only be considered from offerors qualified to participate in federal assistance programs and activities under Executive Orders 12549 and 12689 and 2 C.F.R. Part 180. The project is partially funded through an award of Pre-Disaster Mitigation Grant Program funding and is thereby subject to all federal funding requirements of the grant. The total budget for the project is restricted to the grant funding available, and the contract award for updating the Plan shall not exceed $23,433. Boundary County requests a proposal that will obtain FEMA approval of the updated Plan by November 31, 2022. Interested respondents should review the scope of the project and formally respond with a proposal. Proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m. on October 28th, 2021. Boundary County anticipates an award date of November 10th, 2021, with work expected to begin in November 2021.
