Aquatic Group Fitness, H2O circuits: 11 a.m., Kootenai River Inn, 7169 Plaza St. Class format is a circuit style workout with multiple stations of high intensity movements, utilizing a mix of exercise combinations and a variety of aquatic equipment. Participants work at their own pace so this class is suitable for almost every fitness level. Class participants are encouraged to wear their suits and water shoes, bring a water bottle and tow.
