Second Harvest Inland Empire coming May 5

Second Harvest Inland Empire will bring a third free food distribution event to the Boundary County Fairgrounds. The event, set for May 5 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., will be a drive-through event and all who desire to help with the food distribution are welcome.

Last month, 270 families were served 15,500 pounds of food. There are no requirements to receive this food. Cars will arrive at the east entrance and leave at the west entrance.

The next two Second Harvest Inland Empire distributions are scheduled for June 9 and June 29.
