Voters have duty to support freedom-loving candidates
In the April 21 Bonners Ferry Herald, Gerald Higgs told us who to vote for to fix things. Not surprisingly, he wants us to vote for the same people who are causing the problems: Brad Little, Scott Bedke, Sage Dixon, Jim Woodward, Dan Dinning, Tim Bertling, etc.
Why not? It worked for Hitler. The people of Germany were beguiled into voting for the very guy who was causing the problems. Hitler said "give me the educational system of this country and I'll have total control of it in five years." From Brad Little on down to Dan Dinning, most of Higgs’ favorites supported totalitarian measures to solve the problems created by the government: shut down the economy, close the churches, close the schools, get clot shots, etc. Not surprisingly, Governor Little's and Jim Woodward's campaigns are for more money for more government indoctrination.
Freedom is the cure and Boundary County voters have the right, duty and responsibility to vote for freedom-loving candidates who support and promote the American dream.
