BONNERS FERRY — Boundary Community Hospital recently put on its annual free sports physicals for Badger athletes.

At 4:30 p.m., on Wednesday, July 3 parents with their athletes in tow lined up for free physicals and filled out paperwork for ASB cards and sport permission forms.

About 100-120 students attended getting ahead of the back-to-school blitz and in anticipation of fall sports, most of which start Monday, Aug. 8.

Athletes traveled through the hospital visiting different testing stations, such as an eye exam, mobility exam, drug test, a look over by a physical therapist and much more. Students flowed through the stations and completed testing quickly. Many parents thanked staff for the efficient process and the speed of the examination.
