Athlete of the Week Dec. 18-24

Asha Abubakari, junior, has been named Athlete of the Week for girls basketball.

Parents: Lukeman Abubakari and Kelli Ripatti.

Brother: Sulay

Hobbies: Playing sports, hanging out with friends and swimming.

Sports: Volleyball, basketball, track and field.

Clubs/Interests: 4-H.

Plans after graduation: Although I haven’t picked out a college yet, I would like to pursue a career in crime scene investigating or athletic training. I would also like to be a collegiate athlete.
