Class will be taught by Art Church and Gray Henderson. Learn how to test and optimize your own garden soil for your particular purposes. Instructors will teach you how to build and test your soil for optimal garden production. Grafting fruit trees, April 9 — 9 a.m.-noon at Paradise Valley Grange Hall
Class will be taught by Gray Henderson.
In this class you will receive two apple rootstocks and your choice of scionwood for grafting two apple trees, or you may collect or purchase your own scionwood. Opening day at Bonners Ferry Farmers Market, April 30 —8 a.m.-1 p.m at the city parking lot, 6181 Kootenai St., Bonners Ferry.
Local artisan, craftsman, candle makers, soapmakers and farmers will be selling their wares. Special markets are scheduled through the summer. Bring the family.
