Ice Jam on the Kootenai River
Bob Meeker took this photograph while standing on "The Rocks." This ice jam on the Kootenai River in 1933, measured 6 miles long. Looking east, the Kootenai Valley Railway bridge near Galena Landing can be seen. In the background, the Spokane International bridge is visible.
