DEQ SEEKS COMMENT ON DRAFT IDAHO POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM PERMIT FOR CITY OF MOYIE SPRINGS PROPOSED ACTION: The City of Moyie Springs applied to the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) for an Idaho Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (IPDES) wastewater discharge permit for its municipal wastewater treatment facility located in Moyie Springs, ID.
