Kootenai River Days 2022

The Kootenai River Days promises a lot of fun this year.

Scheduled for July 20-23 in Boundary County, this year’s events include the following:

• Rotary Wine Walk — Thursday, July 21 at 5:30 p.m. The walk will start at Riverside Auto. Tickets are available July 6 for pre-sale at $30. Tickets are $35 at the event. Tickets can be purchased at Mountain West Bank, Under the Sun and Riverside Auto Center.

• Street Dance — Friday, July 22 at 7:30 p.m. Dance will feature the band, Jam Shack. On Saturday, July 23, at 5 p.m., there will be a talent team event with family dance and, at 7 p.m., there will be a dance by DJ Sound Man.

• Cornhole tournament — July 23 at 1 p.m. in front of Bonners Ferry City Hall. The entry fee is $20 for teams. Those interested can register at bonnersferrychamber.org. Cash prices will be paid for first, second and third place.

• Birdies for Brother golf tournament — Saturday, July 23. For more information, contact Colton at 208-946-0821.

• Kootenai River Run 5K and 10K — July 23 at 8 a.m. Go online to KootenaiRiverRun.com for more information.

• Carnival — Thursday, July 21 to Saturday, July 23 at the Boundary County Fairground. There will be rides, games for all ages and food.
