NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Boundary County Commissioners will hold public hearing at 1:30 p.m., on August 8, 2022, in the County Commissioner's Office located in Room #28 of the Boundary County Courthouse at 6452 Kootenai Street, Bonners Ferry, to consider a request for a variance to the Boundary County Road Standards Ordinance #2020-2 as provided for in Section 6 of this Ordinance, and to accept public comment on this matter. The request, made by property owners Jamie and Timothy Fulton, Jr., RP62N01E100010A, located in the vicinity of 1444 Homestead Loop, Bonners Ferry, Idaho, is for a variance of the location of an approach from the Road Standards Ordinance #2020-2. This hearing is an in person hearing and therefore will be available to the public at the County Commissioner's Office located in Room #28 of the Boundary County Courthouse at 6452 Kootenai Street, Bonners Ferry. The deadline for written comment and material is by 5:00 p.m., Friday, July 29, 2022. Written comment may be mailed to Boundary County Road and Bridge, P.O.
