NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Boundary County Commissioners will hold public hearing at 1:30 pm., on July 11, 2022, in the County Commissioner's Office located in Room #28 of the Boundary County Courthouse at 6452 Kootenai Street, Bonners Ferry, to consider a request for a variance to the Boundary County Road Standards Ordinance #2020-2 as provided for in Section 6 of this Ordinance, and to accept public comment on this matter. The request, made by property owners Scott and Melody Morrison, RP65N02E349150A, located in the vicinity of 960 Moyie River Road, Bonners Ferry, Idaho, is for a variance of the location of an approach from the Road Standards Ordinance #2020-2.
