9B Family Foundation holding benefit

The 9B Family Foundation is holding a benefit to raise funds for the Abrego family at 6 p.m. Friday, June 24. The benefit is in memory of baby Eleanor who died Monday morning after a hard-fought battle for her life. Eleanor was born 12 weeks early.

The 9B Family Foundation is hosting a spaghetti feed to ease the cost incurred from the past three months and to help with funeral expenses. All proceeds will go directly to the family.

The meal includes all-you-can-eat spaghetti, salad, green beans and garlic bread. Lemonade and desserts will be available to buy as well. In addition, there will be family activities with prizes and a special visit from a local pony.
