Community input on Comp Plan detailed

BONNERS FERRY — Data from community input provided at June 4 Farmer's Market on the city's Comprehensive Plan is in.

A Comprehensive Plan is a 20-year vision of what the city could be provides direction to city staff in matters of city planning.

City officials said there was a good turn out of public input as with nearly 90 people participating in the penny poll and almost 70 participating in the mini-poll.

An online community survey will be available in July. Planners will be at the Boundary County Fairgrounds in August to hear from you as the plan takes shape.
