Let's pay it forward and support levy

I would like to show my support for the school bond levy.

As the last one is expiring, if there is an increase it is minimal. My wife, Roberta, and I are empty nesters and have been for over a decade. Our parents grew up here and attended our local schools, as well as both of us and our kids. We all enjoyed the support of the great teachers and education system here supported by all the community.

I have heard over the years "we don't have any kids in the schools now, we don't need to contribute." We are certainly going to support our youth for the future and hope you all do the same.

To all of us who are considered "old," let's pay it forward.
