Grace Frances Worley — Participant No. 1
Bonners Ferry Chamber of Commerce is happy to sponsor Grace Frances Worley. Grace is the daughter of Mike and Ana Worley. She has two sisters, Kaylee and Ayla; and three brothers, Malin, Brent, and Noah. After graduation, Grace plans to attend North Idaho College to pursue her higher education goals.
Extracurricular activities she enjoys include cheerleading, hiking, and playing piano. Two modern personalities that Grace finds intriguing are Sandra Bullock and Ryan Gosling. Grace will be showcasing a piano solo for the talent portion of the program.
When asked what makes Grace most proud of her generation, she said, “What makes me most proud of my generation is that we know how to stand up for ourselves and others.”
Maile Kekela Murdock — Participant No. 2
Masonic Organizations is proud to sponsor Maile Kekela Murdock. Maile is the daughter of Munro and Rachel Murdock, and she has one brother, Mason, and one sister, Malia. Maile is hoping to attend Brigham Young University Idaho, where she aspires to become a psychologist.
Modern personalities that interest Maile are Taylor Swift and Emma Watson. A historical personality that interests her is Jane Austen. A few of the extracurricular endeavors that keep Maile active include activities through her church, hiking, playing piano, and dancing. For her talent, Maile will be entertaining the crowd with a Polynesian dance performance.
When asked what makes Maile least proud of her generation, she said, “What makes me least proud of my generation is the way we cancel people without a second thought. Cancel culture is incredibly harmful because a majority of the time, the only reason a person is canceled is because of a rumor or something bad a person did. People make mistakes every single day and they deserve a chance to change.”
Nevaeh Ann Elliston — Participant No. 3
Beta Sigma Phi is happy to sponsor Nevaeh Ann Elliston. Nevaeh is the daughter of Mark and Sarah Elliston. She has two brothers, Mark and Jacob. Nevaeh plans to attend University of Arizona to study to become a psychologist or enter the medical field. She participates in volleyball, softball, and Future Farmers of America and enjoys swimming, hiking, and reading in her spare time.
Oprah Winfey is a modern personality that interests her. Franklin D. Roosevelt is a historical personality she finds intriguing. For her talent, Nevaeh will be performing a comedic skit.
When asked what makes her most proud of her generation, she said, “Our generation supports mental health. I love how we put the time and effort into making sure others are alright. Most importantly, whether we know someone or not we will help them if needed.”
