Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative meeting notice

The Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative will cover a variety of topics at its Monday, March 21, meeting.

Agenda will include a report on the 2021 Collaborated Forest Landscape Restoration Project program by Kevin Knauth, U.S. Forest Service. In addition, Andrew O’Neel, Boundary County Office of Emergency Management, will speak about public outreach for the All Hazards Mitigation Plan. There also will be regular subcommittee updates.

The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at the Boundary County Annex Building, 6566 Main St., Bonners Ferry. Those who prefer to attend via Zoom will need to register in advance by going to https://bit.ly/3ib86En.
