Abubakari longest throw at Moobery Relays

SPOKANE — Asha Abubakari was the lone Badger at the Moobery Relays at Rogers High School April 23.
In competition against athletes of all classifications in Washington school, Abubakari had the longest shot put throw at 36–9.
In discus she ended the day in fifth. In the triple jump her best jump over all was 31–0, but due the rules she was put in sixth place at 30–8.
Abubakari did not stand on the podium since the Mooberry Relays rule states a school must have two athletes competing in the same event in order to be on the podium. The rest of Badger track was at Priest River for a meet.
