Badger football beats bulldogs 14-3

GRANGEVILLE — Badger football smashed the Grangeville Bulldogs 14-3 on Friday, Aug. 2.

The first quarter was scoreless but after a touchdown and two-point conversion, the Badgers entered the half with a 8-0 lead.

The Bulldogs got on the board again in the third after a successful field goal. The Badgers closed out the game with another touchdown to take the win.

Quarterback Blake Rice had a total of 63 passing yards and 120 rushing yards for a total of 183 yards. Charles Henslee had 63 yards in receiving. Cleo Henslee rushed 50 yards. Michael Bollscweiller rushed for 10 yards.

Bollschweiler had five solo tackles and six assisted, totaling 11 tackles. Cleo Henslee had a total of eight tackles, Dakota Heller and Travis Peterson had a total of seven tackles.
