Community Shred Day, Sat. Sept. 24

BONNERS FERRY — Boundary County is hosting a free community Shred Day event on Saturday, Sept. 24.

A mobile shredding truck will take household and business papers and securely shred them on site from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. or until the truck reaches their maximum allowable weight.

The shredding truck will be located at the County Fairgrounds in the large gravel parking area, at 6567 Recreation Park Road, Bonners Ferry.

The Board of County Commissioners has partnered with DeVries Business Services, Spokane, to create this great opportunity to securely dispose of your sensitive documents, Boundary County PIO Andrew O’Nell wrote in a press release.
