Lloyd Cody Funderburg, 68

Lloyd Cody Funderburg passed away in Sandpoint, Idaho, on March 6, 2023, at the age of 68.

He was born on September 30, 1954, in San Jose, California, to Floyd Cody and Betty (Hudson) Funderburg, where his father worked at Del Monte.

Per Lloyd's wishes, no funeral will be held.

The family came to Bonners Ferry in 1966 to visit family then moved here in 1967. On August 26, 1976, Lloyd married Luanna Joanna Eastabrooks and started a family. Lloyd worked several years at Louisiana Pacific in Moyie Springs.

He enjoyed fishing, camping and going on long drives with his kids and grandkids.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Funderburg in 2004; his mother, Betty Funderburg in 1989; his sister, Donna Funderburg in 2003; and a nephew, Isaac Henry Funderburg in 1983.

He is survived by his wife of 46 1/2 years, Luanna; kids Jason (Joanna) Funderburg, Julie (Damon) Ziemann and Jenny Funderburg; and his grandkids, whom he loved dearly, Austin and Gracie Funderburg, and Conrad Funderburg; and a great-grandson due this fall. He also is survived by a brother, Jessie Funderburg; sisters Nina Funderburg Saunders and Trish Funderburg Walls (Tom); a nephew, Brian Walls and a niece, Regena Seward; nephews Zachary and Andy Funderburg; and many, many cousins.

Lakeview Funeral Home in Sandpoint handled the arrangements.
