Trump indictments keep adding up

| August 3, 2023 1:00 AM

A brief review of Trump indictments.

Some in our community rage about how Joe Biden is destroying our country, or how much money that sickening billboard by the golf course is bringing to Bonners Ferry, (by the way, many visitors are appalled at this sign, as they should be); or “the hundreds of millions of patriots who want our county back,” (whatever that even means); or that the election was stolen, claim for which has no basis whatsoever and has been disproven in 63 court cases. Fox News creator Rupert Murdoch even admitted Fox was lying about this, but they still watch it, don't they?

Here are some facts about these cases.

The Manhattan criminal case: 34 counts of falsifying business records.

The classified documents case: 40 counts, include unauthorized retention of docs, obstruction of justice and making false statements.

Trial dates are set for those two.

Pending indictments: The Jan. 6 effort to overturn the election.

Trump's efforts to overturn the election in Georgia include solicitation and conspiracy to commit fraud.

Charges to filed soon.

Three other cases have been filed by Capitol Police who were assaulted on Jan 6.

Last week two more Trump employees became defendants in the documents conspiracy case.

Those who think this is baseless trash talk have clearly not reviewed federal prosecutor Jack Smith's record of prosecuting Republicans and Democrats alike, nor have they reviewed the evidence of criminality Trump himself has provided.
