NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  TO ESTABLISH A  DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE TITLE ADMINISTRATION FEE  AND TO CONSIDER A FEE INCREASE FOR RESTORIUM ROOM/BOARD FEES Boundary County has proposed to establish a Department of Motor Vehicle Title Administration Fee in the amount of $6.00 to become effective immediately upon Commissioners’ approval and notification to the Idaho Transportation Department. When a current resident vacates their room, the rate for that room will increase to the rate of a new incoming resident.  The purpose of these hearings is to receive public comment and to explain the reasons for the proposed establishment of the Dept. of Motor Vehicle Title Administration fee and increase of Restorium room and board fees.  All citizens are invited to attend the public hearings to be held in the conference room of the County Annex located at 6566 Main Street, Bonners Ferry, Idaho, on Thursday, August 31, 2023, starting at 1:00 p.m. Any person requiring a special accommodation due to a disability condition should contact the Boundary County Commissioners’ Office at (208) 267-7723.
