BOUNDARY COUNTY  NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE EXPENDITURE Pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2808(2) the Boundary County Commissioners made a declaration on December 18, 2023, that there is only one (1) vendor for a 2023 Air Burner Model S223 Refractory Lined Fire Box with certain specifications to be acquired by Boundary County, a political subdivision of the State of Idaho. Idaho Code provides for certain personal property procurement as a sole source expenditure.
