Trial pushed back for lewd and enticing case

BONNERS FERRY — A local man accused of child enticing and lewd conduct is scheduled for a jury trial in February 2024.
Ronald Thurmaan Childers II, 29, has pleaded not guilty to the charges. This summer in two prior consecutive cases he was charged with two counts of lewd conduct with a minor and two counts of child enticing through the internet.
Two counts of lewd conduct have been dismissed by the prosecutor.
The case was originally set for trial in October, but has now been pushed to Feb. 14, 2024.
