Starla Jasper passed away Jan. 26, 2023, in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, at the Community Restorium with her family by her side.
Starla was born on Nov. 22, 1956, in Spokane, Wash., the daughter of Leslie and Alice Clark Stiles.
