Couple welcomes new baby

Charlotte Josey Dahlberg was born unexpectedly on Jan. 9, 2023, in the Bonners Ferry home of her parents, Brandon and Mariah Dahlberg.
They were unable to make it to the hospital so their mothers, Sheila Harris and Pam Martin, were the ones to deliver her.
She weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces, and was 19.5 inches long at birth.
