Vondee Drumm, 82

Vondee Drumm, 82, a resident of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, sadly passed away Dec. 23, 2022. She was born in Sacramento, Calif., on Nov. 13, 1940.

Vondee was a loving wife to Larry Drumm. The two met in 1961 and were married within two short weeks of being introduced. They were inseparable from that point on. Larry and Vondee were blessed with more than 54 years of marriage. Together, they ran a successful furniture refinishing business for 25 years. Together, they raised their children. Together, their family came first and was above all else.

Vondee was an extraordinary woman, wife, mother, grandmother and dear friend. Vondee will forever be remembered in the hearts of those who love her. Vondee is survived by her children, Derick Drumm, Eric Drum and Darcie Perry; daughter-in-law Katalina Pretti-Drum; son-in-law Doug Perry; her beloved grandchildren, Allison Drumm and Alec Jared “AJ” Drumm; and step-granddaughter Katia Gomez. She is also survived by several extended family members and lifelong friends. Vondee was predeceased by her husband, Larry Drumm; and daughter-in-law Analy “Lyn” Drumm.

Vondee’s funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2023, at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery located in Dixon, Calif., with a celebration of her life to follow.
