Kootenai River Days fun ahead

BONNERS FERRY — From street dances and corn hole tournaments to an annual fun run, there’s any number of fun activities on tap as Kootenai River Days 2023 comes to town next week.

Activities begin Wednesday, July 19, with a free family movie and continue through Saturday, July 22, with the Kootenai River Run.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 19

• “Goonies” — free family movie, dusk, Library Park.

THURSDAY, JULY 20

• Rotary Wine Walk — 5:30 p.m., begins at Riverside Auto; tickets $40 through July 13, $50 after July 13; available at Mountain West Bank, Under the Sun and Century 21 Real Estate.

FRIDAY, JULY 21

• Crazy Days — all day; 4 p.m., Kootenai River Blues Band; 5-7 p.m., dunk tank; 6-10 p.m., jail and bail, Georgia May Plaza; 6-11 p.m., street dance, Northwest Sound Man.

SATURDAY, JULY 22

• Crazy Days — all day

• Kootenai River Run 5K and 10K — 8 a.m.; www.kootenairiverrun.com

• Fry Health Care Cornhole Tournament — 9 a.m., check in and registration; 10 a.m., event starts; $40 per team, social and pro levels; boundarycommunityhospital.org/foundation/cornhole
