ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF MOYIE SPRINGS, IDAHO WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS The City of Moyie Springs (Owner) is requesting bids for the Construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements.  Bids for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements will be received by the City of Moyie Springs, City Hall, 3331 Roosevelt Rd., Moyie Springs, ID 83845, until Tuesday July 11, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.   The Project consists of the following: Miscellaneous demolition work and expansion of the existing wastewater treatment plant to include construction of a new screen manhole, influent lift station and valve vault, new sequencing batch reactor tanks, and an ultraviolet disinfection structure complete with associated mechanical piping, appurtenances and equipment. The existing aeration basin, clarifier and effluent structure will be converted to an equalization tank, sludge storage basin, and valve vault. A new outfall pipe will be constructed. Construction work will also include site improvements, yard piping, electrical and controls and other items of miscellaneous work as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications.  The Bidder shall be aware that this project is expected to be partially funded by the Idaho Community Development Block Grant Program and the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality Clean Water State Revolving Fund. The Bidder shall comply with the inserts bound in the specifications and submit the required forms with the bid including the American Iron and Steel requirements.
