Community BBQ returns to the Restorium
BONNERS FERRY — The Annual Restorium Community BBQ and main fundraiser for the Friends of the Restorium returns after a hiatus during COVID-19.
The BBQ is scheduled for Sunday, June 25, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Boundary County Restorium. Included will be continuous musical entertainment, a silent auction and live food auction. Past years have seen a turnout of 400 neighbors, Judy Dirks with Friends of the Restorium said.
Attendance costs for adults is $10, children 4-11 years of age $5, under 4 years old is free and families attendance costs $30. The annual BBQ is sponsored by Friends of the Restorium with all proceeds going to benefit the residents of the Restorium. Annual $5 memberships will be available.
The Friends of the Restorium is an all-volunteer nonprofit group whose mission is to enhance and support the life quality of Restorium residents with financial support and resources. Through donations, these amenities make life for the Restorium residents more pleasant and focus community attention on the assisted living facility.
