The Spaldings celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary.

Bob and Ione Spalding, of Bonners Ferry, recently celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on March 1, 2023.
Joining the couple in the celebration were their children: Rosanna Sugalski of Spokane, Wash., Rob Spalding of Bonners Ferry, Cheryl Wheeler of Spokane and Teresa Taggart of Bonners Ferry. The couple also have 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
“What a milestone,” their children wrote in announcing the milestone anniversary. “We love you, Rosanna, Rob, Cheryl and Teresa.”
