Cynthia Ann Wagner, 61

Cynthia "Cindy" Wagner passed away March 19, 2023, in Spokane, Wash., at Sacred Heart Medical Center with her family by her side.

Cindy was born on March 16, 1962, the daughter of David and Diane Freeman Wagner in Bremerton, Wash. There are no services at this time.
