Richard "Dick" Francis Moots passed away Sept. 11, 2023, in Moyie Springs, Idaho, at his home, surrounded by his family.

Dick was born on Nov. 3, 1933, the son of John and Myrl Parker Moots, in Lamberton, Minn.
