Stop trying to change county into what you left

There are many things that must be broached regarding our county. Unfortunately, one letter isn't going to cover them all. So I'll pick the more obvious issue.

Let's start with all the people moving into what once was our fair county. I will start by saying that I was not born and raised here. But the dung heap I left behind, I left behind. I didn't come up here to turn this place into the place I left. I came here because I appreciated the simpler life. Part of the beauty of this place is the people and the way they live.

The problem? You people leave wherever, come up here, and make every effort to change it into what you left. Then what? You want us to "have your back" when things hit the fan?

Stop ruining our county. If you like the place you left so much, then feel free to go back. But don't come here to turn it into the dung heap you left behind. Enough is enough.

Either you appreciate what we have to offer and accept this area and its people for what they are, or leave. But stop trying to change it. Too many people have voiced disgust at your efforts to make this place California. Please, stop. None of us want that here.

Exactly what was it that brought you here? Because if you come up here specifically to change it, you're going to torque a lot of beaks. What was the main reason you left? Stop trying to change Boundary County into more of the same.

Either leave that nonsense behind, or just leave. On behalf of many county folks, we don't want your trash here.
