Athlete of the Week, Blackmore and Bayer, golf

Eli Blackmore and Braylyn Bayer are named the male and female Athlete of the Week for Bonners Ferry golf.
Blackmore has been the top performer for the boys team in the past two invites. He finished with 91 strokes at the Lewiston Invitational Bryden Canyon Golf Course and 94 strokes at the Bonners Ferry Invite at Mirror Lake Golf Course.
Bayer, a senior committed to play at Weber State this fall, has taken the top medalist in the past two tournaments with 77 strokes at the Lewiston and 78 strokes at the Bonners Ferry Invite. Bayer is the 3A girls golf defending state champion.
